I have noticed in this billing cycle my plan is changed.
I have never given any consent to any one of Vodafone Idea member/customer service.
Earlier it was Vodafone Red 4 basic plan…corporate plan…for which Billing amount was @249 + tax.
From Latest Feb-20 bill onwards, it is 299+tax which is not acceptable to me.
Your customer service representative does not help or take any action.
This is really ridiculous.
How old plan is changed without taking customer’s consent.
In view of above, I demand and request to change back to my original plan which was activated till my Jan-2020 billing cycle.
