Text of Complaint by Yash Shah:

Vodafone updated me to a higher monthly rental bill plan for mobile no. 7045455497 without giving any prior intimation (call or email). I realized this only when i received the bill. On receipt of the statement, i asked them to revert me to my old plan or cancel connection. Even after repeated email and telephonic communication to cancel my line, they keep emailing me about outstanding bill amount and give me call regularly to extort their money.
