vodafone has changed my plan to normal one from corporate one without informing . it was of 165 and they moved to 249. later they informed they upgraded to 199 plan. however they charged bill as per 249 plan.
and being a customer i am not aware about. i asked them to waive off same money as its fraud. and moving forward i will contact corporate plan authorities and take from them or change to prepaid but they harassed same on that and not agreeing to do so.
