For past six months my Vodafone post paid plan has been changed to Rs 299 from Rs 199. However I am unaware about the same.
The vodafone customer care executives are saying that they have sent a message about changing a monthly plan but I haven’t received any message or calls regarding this issue. They have also mentioned “we don’t inform such things over a phone call” then why am I getting phone calls for the pending bills??
I am receiving monthly bill of Rs 350 above even if I am not using my number for outgoing calls.
This rental has been changed without informing me.
Now they are calling me again and again and now I’m unable to handle this harassment.
Please look into this ASAP.
