I have a balance of Rs.12 in my phone but vodafone has discontinued my outgoing call services…saying the service will not be activated unless u recharge with amount of ₹35 or more.this is totaly arbitary…it seems they are even going to digest my a/c balance if i didnt rechage with ₹35 or more.
