I am facing serious issue with callertunes, i was before prepaid user and recently converted into postpaid.and callertune was active before that. After this convertion of prepaid to postpaid i was unable to hear callertunes..
i have called customer care several times. And they told me to do some basic activation . And i did as they told me. But there is no effect on service and at last call they told me to hang on for 24 hrs to reactivate the service but it didnt worked at all and they are also telling me that this service is already active …
so why my phone rings normal ring tring tring… there is no sign of any callertune .. what should i do .. please help me.. i also visited to the vodafone store and they said the same
