I and my family uses different Cellular company cards , I received a call from Vodafone executive to get me a Family plan if I deport two of my family members Airtel cards and join in Vodafone . She sent a field executive for deport procedure at home and deported two of the Airtel cards himself.
After three days I came to know that he just deported the Airtel to gain his first intention to increase his Vodafone client and didn’t process the Family plan of less terrif as I was offered at the first place !!
Now none of those people who contacted me are taking my calls or answering anything !
When I visited near by Vodafone store (Gurukul road , Ahmedabad) the present guy also denied to solve the situation
I want to act leagally for this inconvenience and the fraud happened to me
