Problem : Balance deduction
Actually I called to the Vodafone customer care complain dept 198 from my Vodafone number 8486647410 to day for balance deduction Vodafone Customer care executive are deny to refund my balance then he direct deny to refund then I request him several times to transfer this call to the senior executive or the TL . He replayed that No senior executive are available so he cant the the call was disconnected by the agent without my information. The name of the executive was Manas Jyoti Uja . Kindly listen this call and take action .
