Text of Complaint by Vijay Sane:

  1. I have 2 different mobike numbers of Vodafone netwrok. 1st one i have been using always over more than 5 years and is my primary number. While, the second is with me from few months and i ise it veru rarely.  Vodafone blocked my primary mobile numbers outgoing abruptly. I was abroad for business trip for 4-5 days. On return i got stuck at Indian airports and highways since i didn’t have call access. I had to return from business trip on medical emergency. But due to Vodafone’s uncalled and dectative behaviour i have suffered major troma, health problem and loss of revenue as i couldn’t reach out to the clients and new business opportunities during this traumatic time.
  2. When my office asistant made a telephone enquiry it was revealed that since i did not pay for the secondary number the Vodafone company blocked my both sim numbers.
  3. While this happening i was not even able to call on their toll free or any customer care number in order to resolve the issue.
  4. Vodafone harassed and arm twisted me. It was my decision not to use my 2nd Vodafone number since i used to operate on it seldom.
  5. Please advice how can i file a case agianst Vodafone. Since i honestly see this a simple case of arrogance and arm twisting from the company. The victim (that’s me) has suffered huge losses – financial, loss of business, clients trust as well as health impact and trauma.
