Text of Complaint by Shibin Joseph:

We are using 40 Vodafone CUG connections from the past 3 years. But the service of the service provider is very poor. Bills was not receiving up to the disconnection date, Payment was not updating the in the accounts, Representatives are not responding in a good manner, Not even updating the address details of another connection in the same Director having another business unit for which separate GST registration and separate constitution even after continuous visit of Vodafone stores for the past 6 months.

 

So we need to change the service provider.

 

For that issue we have raised a porting request, but the provider has rejected the request with the reason that customer has outstanding due. But we have paid 1 month bill amount as advance and informed about the payment.
