Dear Vodafone,

Hi, I wish to know the reason behind whopping bill of approx. INR 960 when I have opted for RED-Traveler R plan which gives unlimited free local & STD calls as you claim.

I understand late fee charge of INR 100 and taxes applicable on same but Approx. INR 215 under Usage Charges have no relevance. You have charged me INR 215 against roaming then how come my RED-Traveler plan is working. This is shear Fraud and I have faced this issue on multiple times.

I am forced to port my network as you are looting me for 7838812751 and 8376007739 (which also has bill of INR 767). I will opt for PORT if the matter would not be resolved at the earliest and even shall not make payment.
