My Service Request No. is 1094478916.
My repeated complaint that you have unauthorisedly increased the Credit Limit, which was fixed by me at RS. 800/- per Billing Cycle. Who authorised you to increase the Credit Limit to RS.6,500/-? My liability to Vodafone is to pay a maximum of RS.800/- per Billing Cycle and hence you must correct the Bill to RS. 800/- only so that I can clear the same or else I shall have to take other appropriate action.
