My phone is is off without any reply from Vodafone, it is sad that we are been harassed like this

I have been billed 1.2 Lakhs for international roaming internet charges. and I have proof of only 200 mb used from voadafone.
Is Vodafone cheating us and so are unable to provide any details and reply to our emails?
Please read it through and again i am writing to understand why i was not informed about my heavy bills?
You do not think this is deliberate way of Vodafone cheating their clients and making money ?
we have two numbers. 9850560097 and 9011020753.
We are well aware about what you have written in the email and this is exactly what we had written in our previous emails.
But we have some queries, which you have conveniently not answered!!
1. As a corporate subscriber we have a current limit of Rs. 50,200/- . Why I was not informed by Call or SMS that I have exhausted my limit ?
2. I kept getting messages for my data usage , the last SMS I have is 400mb used. As per Vodafone service call we have used more than 12000+ MB. Why there was no intimation ? My last bill was generated on 4th August and its says 0 outsatanding . how is it possible to use 12 GB data in 3 days ?
3. The cost of internet usuage Post Quota is Rs. 1/MB. How much have I used at actuals to be billed at this? Please send us unbilled amount details..how did the amount reach to this high a figure!!
We havent asked something that is very difficult.
As a CORPORATE CUSTOMER, we are entitled to know what are we paying for!!
Please explain us how we can get answers to our basic questions related to billing!!
