I am using this number 9833380777 from 2009 on billing basis and I have been really suffering many issues such as network and many other from past one year I have even complained about this to Vodafone customer Care several time but I got no issues solved but just received calls back by customer Care members saying we shall solve it soon I have even told of switching to Airtel but they didn’t do it saying we shall recover soon and due to such issue I delayed the payment of the past two months so the customer Care member says rudely (aukat nhi hai to billing nhi lene ka) and have immediately closed my number to both incoming and outgoing services. I am ready to pay the past dues although they are sending bills with extra charges that I have not used but please solve my problems with the network issues and convert my number to pre paid .
