Text of Complaint by Gunjan Khedkar:

I am using my Vodafone number 7795502075 since 2014, recently I had requested to change circle from Karnataka to Delhi/NCR with rental 299, the executive by mistaken had activated the 399 plan.

One day while checking data on my vodafone app I saw my rental is showing 399 so I called customer care and shared my concern there was no response from customer care executive, since there was already advance payment made on my number so I thought this will clear from that so the customer care lady said 100+ amount is now security amount you have to clear your dues.

Last month my number was out of service so I walked to the store on 4th April the same store from where I had changed Vodafone circle, they confessed that wrong amount is charged on your number will wave of the excess amount with reference number 1094361610 they asked me please pay bill as per 299 rental so I paid 587 Rs immediately cause I was unable to do online transactions and need my number on in any case.

Now the thing is again they missed to update correct rental nor waved of any amount and now my number is again out of service, I am not sure from how many days it is not working.

When I realized I called customer care again from my another number on 28th April and explained everything about my number so now I got reference number- 1095389189 assist by Amit and Priti, but no use they want me to pay dues then only they can help me to change plan or allow me to port to other service provider.

Please look into this and do the needful… Thanks

Varahagiri Venkata Sudhakar on 30-04-2019 i wore data recharge amount of rs.169/- at one of the recharge shops in the evening around 5pm. i received the message that i got the balance. when i was thinking to inform to my mother about the recharge by my phone in return i received call from my mother after one hour that my mobile was got recharge of same amount rs.169/-.again i got message that my mobile got recharge.on that day i was able to see both data balances done to my mobile in vodafone app. from next day i was able to see only one.what about the other.please look in to this issue. one.my mobile number is 9966352523.
