My mobile bill is including late payment fees. I have a talk on Vodafone customer care number and they have given assurance for correction that. But now they are saying that they can not. Now, I’m late again and late charges will come next month too. Why should I pay all this late amount which is not because of mine mistake. This is because company has not provided right information on the time.
