Dear Sir,
With Regards to my Previous Complain where in the Issue is Unresolved i am Forwarding this Complaint to you for further Review.
This is to inform you that i have been Using Vodafone Number from Many Years and have a Post Pay plan of INR 249 Per month but Lately i have received extra charges of INR 500 on my Bill for Internet Usage, I have Telling this to Every one i spoke with that i dont use Vodafone Internet and Have a Seperate Plan for Internet where in i am getting 2 GB of internet everyday and have switched the vodafone card to 2g as i dont want to use it and at the same time have Infomed Vodafone the same that i dont want internet on my Vodafone and just want a Plain plan of 249, But still i have been charged with a Bill of INR 887 saying that the charges are legitimate. I spoke with Customer care and they Promised that they will wayoff INR250and 18%gst and send me the New Bill but even that was Hoax and nothing was done. I spoke with Ombudsman of Vodafone with some guy and he keeps Repeating the same thing like a Recorded Conversation that the Charges were Valid. I tried To Explain him that i dont use Internet on Vodafone at all as the other plan that i have is enough for me and have never Used Vodafone Internet For a Long Time.
I would like to Request you to Take Care of this Extra Bill that was charged to me as i am Already paid the Bill and wants the Month Bill for Next month to be adjusted or else i wont have any Option but to Port out the Number with a Competitive Provider and at the Same time Move a Complaint to Telecom regulatory of India (TRAI).
