I hold a Vodafone number 9819557251. I had initiated a payment on 04.03.2019 for an amount of Rs 482/- with reference number 906370080016 as mentioned in my bank statement.
However it is found that this amount is not credited to my Vodafone account. Despite several follow-ups and providing my bank statement, I haven’t received any positive response. Nor has this amount reversed to my account.
I enclose my bank statement from 01.03.2019 till date for reference. Vodafone is requested to settle this amount against the current bill payment along with an interest or advised to reverse the interest that is charged to my account, if any from 01.03.2019 on account of late bill payment.
Hoping for an immediate and positive response else I shall withdraw from Vodafone services since there are many service providers available in the market.
Also please provide me a complaint registration number.
