vodafone has literally been sulking with their network issues. Despite of raising it with customer care see no improvement or help provided. Instead from last three months i have been asked to pay extra charges of some feature enabled which i have not been opting for. When raised a complaint they gave a waiver and adjusted the amount in the next bill. No resolutions given on time cos of which have to pay late payment fee as well. Not sure why vodafone is unable to live up to their CSAT score anymore. i hope atleast they know its not about service providers that customers are falling short of , its about loyalty customers show which the company should atleast respect
