Im having Vodafone postpaid sim.I used only for a month and i got bill for 2months and i asked when i dint use service why am i charged thy told u hve to pay and thy threatened me saying if u dont pay within an hour or 2 thr will be a team coming who will collect double the money and it will be big issue plz pay.I called CC and made payment and asked what cn be done to port from postpaid to prepaid.They told visit our store with id proof and it will ported and u will be gvn new sim.I was lyk ok all this happened on 16th may at that time the store new my home it wasn’t opened and i went to store on 20th as it was opened and waited thr for more thn 2hours and wen our turn cme thy told u will gt a bill on 25th may pay the bill and cme.This is not nice wen im not using services why should i pay is it my fault.I hve a recording where in its mentioned tht thr wont be ang charges.I dint gt support from cc thr wr complaints raised and closed nthng happened.I posted in fb no response and finally i texted in VodafoneUS response wad so quick but on another hand for Indian customers nk value.Thn finally i posted in twitter still waiting for callback no call no response.
