I have just received a message that 15 INR have been deducted from my main balance for Bcafe portal access without my permission or consent. This is totally fraud.I am still not aware what is this Bcafe portal.I have checked my balance and 15rs have been deducted.
I also tried to stop the Activated VAS by sending “STOP” message on 155223.
I got the following response :
“ Dear Customer, you are currently not subscribed to any VAS service.”
