Using the name of ppu_game, content desc etc, whenever there is talktime balance in the Vodafone pack,they deduct 7,10,25 or more arupees without our knowledge or permissions. Though Customer care personnels refunds the money sometimes,but deductions are still going on without any action taken. They calls whenever the port request is made and convinces to solve the issue,but still it is happening.Pls do take an action.Thankyou.
