Hi,
I am using vodafone telecom services. Whenever I do a recharge on my number they deduct some or the other amount for any services which I am not using.

This is the message which I received.
Although I downloaded nothing not even using any internet services by them still they deduct my money everytime. I want to file a complaint for it and compensation for doing this theft of money in form of balance without my consent.
