I recharged my mobile with 10rs/-,35rs/- and again 35/- . Within this Balance I used the some for only 2 calls which worth nearly 5rs/- Max and Max 20/- for SMS for Bank Account checking . They deduct my balance frequently I thought my balance was over and I am recharging repeatedly But after 10/- ,35/- again I made recharge 35/- on night nearly 9:00 clock and I used some max 10rs/- for Bank Account Verification.
Before I go to bed I check my balance I have 12/- when I wokeup early morning balance was 0/-.
I call them several times they are picking up the phone and once I explained the issue they are putting in hold and disconnecting my Call.
