My balance got deducted 50 rs for vas service and i am unable to call customer care .. so please refund my balance immidiataly..
Today i call on customer care 2 times but agent not understand my problem and not transfer my call on senior supervisor desk.

plz my balance deduction previous month Rs 28/= no any sms& calling suddenly all amount deduct the my Balace so kindly please accept my complain and reverse the amount..

I had 99/- deducted from my balance on every month for your “ipl” & and everyday some amount deducted for ” ipl” without any prior notice.
I simply want my balance back immediately. And further requesting you to stop all such non-sense.
