Am a old customer of your network(9916161830). and now also am using your network only (8884409953).
As one of my number as changed the network and number is 9916161830.due to my company provide me the another sim so i have change the network.
before that i have actually asked for the prepaid only they told better continue the postpaid only and it is burden for me so i have change the network.
Actually my postpaid plan is Rs.199/- and before porting i have cleared all the amount and change the network. and i also inform your staff so that this final and no need to pay extra.
Now (06.02.2020)your team member is calling and asking for the payment that to Rs.470/-.
My question is very simple and clear If i clear the amount why should i pay. If i inform your staff also.
today your staff is calling and he speaks rudely.
and i will not pay because i have not use not even single call.
If you people talk like this i will port my one more number also..
kindly suggest.
