I have ported my Mobile number in the month of July and I am still getting a bill payment mails, messages, and calls from their customer care department to pay the bill even though the number has been ported from Vodafone to airtel. Also note that the bill is also double the amount of my monthly bill plan which makes no sense to me.
Kindly help me as I am feeling harassed by the companies aggressive tactics to make me pay the bill.

I have ported out from Vodafone to airtel in October. I have paid an amount of Rs.300 against a monthly bill of Rs.471 for 7 days of usage till 7th october 2023.
Vodafone has just raised a bill of Rs.250 without providing a bill.
Would like to explore legal options against vodafone idea.
