Dear Sir,
I have recharged my mobile number 8860909714 with 249 Rs (Internet and calling plan for 28 days) on 24-Mar-2020 through Vodafone App and payment done by UPI. Payment is also done successfully to VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICES LIMITED and UPI transaction ID is 00841088438.
But Vodafone didn’t start any plan on my mobile number on 24-Mar-2020.
I had tried Vodafone customer care toll free number so many times and I also wrote so many emails to “[email protected]” but I didn’t get any response from Vodafone.
But still I waited until next-day 25-Mar-2020, there was no progress.
Then again, I have tried to do the recharge of 249 Rs for my mobile number 8860909714 and this time it was successfully done and valid 21-April-2020.
After that again, I wrote an email to Vodafone and got the reply as follows:
1. 1st reply on 29-Mar-2020
2. 2nd reply on 02-Apr-2020
3. 3rd reply on 06-Apr-2020
4. 4th reply on 10-Apr-2020
5. 5th reply on 20-Apr-2020
And everytime, I am getting a same kind of answer that
“As per system check your recharge of Rs.249/- on dated 25-Mar-2020 has been done but I didn’t get any update of 24-Mar-2020 for 249 Rs which has been done from vodafone app and payment received by vodafone app but I didn’t get any recharge on my mobile number 8860909714.”
Vodafone team don’t check their system for 24-Mar-2020 where they have already charged 249 Rs from me.
As I am not satisfied from Vodafone services as they are not giving me positive reference even they don’t write it as a complain or didn’t give me any complaint number.
Please find attached the screen shot for recharge 249 on 24th March and 25th March for my vodafone number 8860909714 from My vodafone app.
