I had 150 rupees in my Vodafone account and without my knowledge and agreement Vodafone started charging me 24 rupees per month as a service validity charge. And recently they activated one more service without my approval and charged for that. When I called to the customer care, it took 45 minutes to raise a complaint and it was a charged call. When I reconfirmed the complaint number I found that complaint number is incorrect number. Now I don’t Trust the Vodafone customer support team and hence raise my complaint here.
