I tried to recharge through the Vi app, but it was unsuccessful. However, the amount was deducted.
Date of recharge: 19th May.2021
Amount Deducted: 699/-
This is 9th Day from the failed recharge. No refund yet.
Please look into the issue and refund the amount.
