I got message 02/06/2020 from vodafone customer care regarding activated for international roaming and deduct rs.99 from my account, but i didn’t raise request for the same and without communicate properly before activate, they deduct amount and stop outgoing calls for my number 9811970699, now i am facing issue and all my works on hold. I am trying to call customer care, they given whattsapp chat number. Now, i had chat with customer care, they are giving options to get details, i am chatting accordingly and still it is not comfortable and to do deactivate option they are replying error occurs try again after sometime. Recently, i recharged for 84 days with unlimited call in india and 1.5 GB data per day in phonepe, but in the whattsapp chatting they are sharing in different details of current activation plan. please refer attached documents of deduction message, current activation details shred in whattsapp by VFcare, my recharge in phonepe on 13/04/2020.
