Text of Complaint by sagar sheth:

  • I have been using Vodafone for 3 years, I have ₹60 in my account balance.
  • From the past few days I’m getting messages and calls saying after Nov 24, 2018 your outgoing services will be suspended and try to recharge with plans of unlimited or Rs35 and get an extension of 28 days.
  • Though my SIM validity when I checked a week ago, it is upto 2022, but now it is showing 24 Nov 2018.
  • How could the company have the rights to deduct the validity of SIM and how could it threaten the consumer to recharge with additional plans, when there is enough account balance in the SIM card.
  • This is very annoying and depriving the rights of the consumer.

  1. Same is the case with me. This is totally annoying. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. I think it is time we should all port to Jio.
