I have purchased Mi A2 smartphone from Amazon in Great Indian Festival Sale. Amazon has mentioned on their website about partner offers as Vodafone will give additional data on purchasing this smartphone. So after purchasing the product, I contacted Vodafone regarding the activation. They said they don’t have any information about such offer and asked me to provide documents of this offer, so I provided them the offer document available on Amazon website. After providing documents also I’m not getting my offer activated. I am taking frequent follow-ups from Vodafone but getting same repeated replies like we will contact you shortly with an update since a month.
