Hello Team
I have done portability from IDEA to vodafone. I have not get 4G from the day 1. I have visited customer care, Gopalapuram, chennai multiple times. They checked my handset by inserting other 4G sim. They have placed my sim in other 4G mobiles. They are not getting 4G from my SIM. SIM has been replaced twice.
Finally they have send a complaint to network team. With out any updated and my confirmation they closed the ticket.
If I go to the customer care again, the same process is repeated from frist. I am frustrated with the service you providing to me.
Please fix the issue ASAP and help me to get 4G.
