Dear sir,
I am postpaid user of Vodafone, earlier i was using Vodafone Red Basic Plan 299. it was perfectly fine with IG/OG Calls and Internet was also perfectly fine. But once i changed my plan for REDX 999, since then i am facing the internet issue, i am unable to use the internet services. i have done all sort of trouble shoots. and the same i have sent a mail to vodafone Appellate Team on 22nd April.
on 30th April, i have received an SMS, saying that my issue has been resolved. But i didnt received any calls from vodafone team. And today on 1st May, i have called to Vodafone Appellate, and spoke with him regarding the same, he is simply saying that he cannot help for the same, and if i want to change the plan from REDX to REDBasic, i need to pay 3000/- as a exit plan. Why should i pay the amount, if am not using the services.
He is simply ignoring me, and not at all listening about the issue.
