- Sir my data speed is very very slow and calling network issue. Your company(vodafone) talking about to give 4G service to customer but vodafone does’t giving 3G speed till now. How are you(vodafone ) talking about 4G.Sir l recharge my number of plan Rs.509(unlimited calling and data) which is my biggest mistake. So I want You tell you that If you are unable to give 4G speed then you have to refund my money Rs.509
today i recharge in vodafone of 398rs which is unlimted calls and data but is as slow like 2g internet speed if they dont allow to incrase the speed of vodafone internet then they have to refund me 398rs unless i will take a high turn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am too facing the same problem. I recharged my number of plan ₹399 which is supposed to provide unlimited data(1.4gb/day) and calling for 85 days. But the internet speed is very very slow. The speed of interest is as slow as 2G.
I have tried every possible way to fix this problem, but the speed of net is still very slow.
I need my money back if you can’t fix this issue.

vodafone 4G data speed is very very slow.
I am too facing the same problem. I recharged my number of plan ₹399 which is supposed to provide unlimited.But the internet speed is very very slow. The speed of interest is as slow as 2G.

I recharged my phone with 509 twice and even i face the same issue, vodafone is talking about 4g speeds but it can’t even load websites when its showing lte on my signal bar. So its definately not a coverage issue you are limiting the speed so that we can’t use the 1 or 2 gb data per day, i am bearly able to use 2gb data in 3 months as per my phone’s data monitor. Please understand that we don’t want 3gb data per day just let us use our internet atleast to open websites and read news the only thing i can do with my unlimited net is send whatsapp messages and that’s it.
Even i am facing the same issue . i have done recharge for 509.
I was a vodafone postpaid customer for more then 5+ year. now i changed to prepaid and facing all kind of issues and we are paying a huge amount. instead we can switch network
Vodafone network very bad . Vodafone have only 2G network only .I am very old customer but still I didn’t get the 4G network .till I didn’t see Vodafone 4G . It is very very bad .our mobile it showing 4G network but it is a Fack 4G network
I also recharged my Vodafone number with 399 RS which is showing a good signal of 4g but giving speed of 2g
