Hello,
This is harish using vodafone network for 4 years. Recently am upgrade my sim to 4G and recharged 4G plans for 84day’s. The 4G works fine for few days. From last Tuesday i.e 12 june,2018 my works only in 2G only mode.
If i keep auto mode it switching to 4G and no call was connecting and am unable to get any calls from others but only getting 4G internet. I expalined it to the customer care (198) they said expert will call you in 1 hour but i didn’t get call in 24 hour’s .
after 1 day one person from vodafone office is called me and asking to give rating 9 out of 10 even before the solving my problem and even before talking about my problem. How worst is the service. After 1 week also not solved my problem .
