Hi

There were issues earlier but internet was at least working but from past 2 months facing issues with internet but no resolution. Online customer service was horrible waste my time but no resolution. They were not ready to take my complaint.

I’m paying for services but unable to use.

I’ve got all the transcripts and recording which I discussed my issue with Vodafone advisors.

But no resolution. Tried all possible troubleshooting steps.

Kindly get some one to look into this asap.
