Hello Sir / Madam,
On 10 june my cousin Vodafone sim card network start giving problem then he go to Vodafone mini store then Store Executive Take Documents and Old Sim and said in 5 days you get new sim but after 5 days he again go to mini store he said its on you father name then i again submit my father death certificate and all ither document then he said more 7 days. But now they are not respond to him everyday i tweet to Vodafone they msg me and call me but no solution its 1 month done. Help me
