The recent plans from vodafone is a forceful step to make the customers to buy the validity not the balance.If you have the balance but but you are out of the validity(say 28 days), they block your outgoing and to make it worse, they block the incoming as well after 2 days. The person is completely helpless even after the customer has the balance and is not allowed to receive or do any calls.
