Text of Complaint by Praveen Kumar:

  1. I am using vodafone prepaid no. Since last 6 yrs (9671000132 ) and I have enough recharge in my phone. I am not able to do outgoing calls since last 1days.

I ask customer care and they told you have to do monthly recharge for activating your outgoing which is not right.
