My father went to voda store near chaya chauraha Barabanki in order to receive sim card no 9839812378 the representative told that there is an error in his date of birth. They told that dob is 1970 as per there records so my father was being told to go as they won’t provide the sim due to incorrect dob. My father also told them that he is not having any id proof having 1970 as his dob.He even showed his aadhar card to them . It was the clerical mistake of voda store which my father had to face . Being a senior citizen he had to go Lucknow patrakarpurum in order to receive the sim . The staff of voda store lucknow told my father that the staff of voda store Barabanki would have provided you the sim there is Barabanki as there was no such issue with dob. The staff of voda store Barabanki was so rude . Due to there mistake in feeding dob customer has to suffer . My father is using this sim since vi was hutch . Who will pay for transportation charges and the trouble my father faced in this hot weather by traveling to lucknow
