I had purchased HONOR Band 5 (OliveGreen) on 31st Dec. 2021 which was delivered on 5th Jan 2022 but after finding it a defected product immediately raised a request for return and refund.
Initially noone was coming to pickup the return, after many calls one fine day I received a call from customer care that it will be picked up next day but that too was done after 4 days despite getting the sms.
Product was returned and now it’s been more than a month, there is no refund. Nobody picks up at the helpline number given. If we request for call back, nobody bothers to do so.
It has been a vulnerable experience for me and suggest noone to buy anything from this VLEBAZAAR.
