I ordered for an product DIZO GOPODS on 27 th July, 2022, paid through online banking and cancelled the product within 10 minutes of ordering and paying online… According to the VLEBAZAAR website it says that if an ordered product is cancelled before the item gets shipped, it is supposed to get refunded back to the orginal source of payment mode say, bank account.
I had contacted several times to VLEBAZAAR and told that the cash will get back to my VLEBAZAAR Wallet within few days and that I will get the cash refunded to my bank account on or after 21 AUGUST, 2022 within 5 to 7 working days.
Today is 9th September, 2022, i had called to VLE BAZAAR 10 times already . Each time I am told that the money would reach me by 1 or 2 working days etc… One lady who recently took up the call asked me to wait for 5 minutes and told me that i would get the refund within 2 hours time. This is fraud and cheating… Please ensure justice.
