Cheat and fraud company – vlebazaar.
Bought ipencil in may 23. no delivery for over a month. their customer care does not pick up calls and just replies complaints without any reason. then i called up with great difficulty their customer care and cancelled order and very quickly they assigned date three weeks away for refund in July 23. even after three weeks no intimation, no revert, no call. amount 6099. they are chats of the first order and criminal proceedings are a must against them. now they do not pick up phone and call gets disconnected after queue waiting for 10 min. cheats.
How can we allow such companies to function in India and commit day light frauds with customers with no revert on product or refund once they have the money.
