I ordered Portronics AUTO 10 bluetooth device from vle bazar on 21st August 2023, The company delievered old (2021 model) used flipcart smartbuy instrument, Immediately the company was informed about this, Mr Abhishek (company’s representative) replied that they are sorry for the wrong product and the product ordered is not available right now, he advised to use the product for 7 days and incase not satisfied with the product, they will recall the product. I immediately replied back that i don’t want this old and second hand product, pls issue me the refund, Next day mr Abhishek again offered Rs 150/- discount on the product in case i agree to use this product. I replied to issue me the refund immediately instead of writing me again and again, after this there is no reply from the company for the last 4 days.
