Text of Complaint by Rajender Khawla:

An order for a mobile phone from Vle Bazaar on 11th July,2021 through advance payment was made. After the successful payment there is no response or update regarding my order. Customer support was contacted and after 1-2 hours waiting period they picked up the call and even after promising that order will be put on priority and shipped next day. But it is sorry that nothing is done. After waiting for 2 days,  again customer care support was contacted but they did not pick up the calls. Even after mailing to customer support for the refund was made several times  but no response through e mail or call is received from Vle Bazaar. The request for refund against the ordered item is also not acknowledged so far  even a week time is elapsed but no response is given for the last 15 days by VLE Bazaar . Therefore it is requested to kindly help me to get the refund from such Fraud company.
