Dear Reliance Team,
Again I had to write to you as your customer service is incompetent to resolve the issue.
This is regarding theVIVO X80 I purchased on 03 JUN 2022.
This is a pathetic phone and costs me heavily, maybe 5X higher than a normal phone.
1) Post complaint on 04th Jun , the Phone was overheating . Please see the attached bill for reference.
2) Raised the complaint via customer care, i visited VIVO ADN RELAINCE SERVICE CENTER and They did not have any clue and incompetent to resolve this issue.
3) He confirmed it is a normal thing and every VIVO Phone will overheating the phone !!!
4) And i visited reliance Store@ sharkar nagar they blame to us and they coming to me to fights nd and using bad words in reliance vivo promoter
5) I called customer service RESQ TEAM on 20th jun and explained the whole incident. The service executive escalated the complaint (received the SMS) but nothing happened till today.
6) called customer service today and they said all the complaints of mine resolved and tickets are closed positively. I asked about the escalation done on 30th but they don’t have any clue!!
7) finally Over heating the device and getting cracked device !!!!!!
Request you to replace the entire set. We are middle class people and can not purchase such kind of Phone every now and then!!!
Please do the needful, else I will pack this and send this to your corporate office. Go to the social media and legal. This is the second incident with Reliance Digital within a year.
