Dear Team,
i was order a Vivo V25 Smart Phone from E-Commerce Website Flipkart through HDFC Bank Credit Card with EMI Option and Expected Delivery Date was 14/10/2022.
On Above Said Date Delivery Agent from E-Kart on behalf of Flipkart came at my Home and ask me for Pay Cash Amount of Rs. 500 and i agree to Pay him but suddenly he ask me for Pay More Money to Deliver Vivo V25 Phone and he demanding for Amount of Rs. 1100 without Any Reason then i make Video of Him and raise a Complaint to Flipkart Customer Care at same time against him, thenafter Flipkart Customer Service ask me that they will be resolve and Re-Schedule Delivery through Another Agent, But i was surprised that Flipkart not taken action againt their agent and Cancelled My Order without Any Reason same day.
Afther that Many time i complaint to flipkart customer service but they are not given any Response to me. I am very disapoint with Flipkart service and ask them for pay My Processing Fees which i had already given to HDFC Bank but they denied for given my Processing fees 199+GST.
This is called a Unfair Trade Practice by E-Commerce Website Flipkart.
so I request you to Please Take Action against Flipkart and pay my Amount which i was pay to Flipkart and do a justice for me.
