I purchased vivo y31 on 28/06/2021 having imei no. 866337059078617.
The device got blast on 22/10/2023 and when I visited service centre of vivo, they inspected the device and said you have voluntarily damaged the device, so you have to pay Rs. 6000/- to get a new device.
Fortunately, no one was affected by the accident, what if any one of my family members lost his life by the blasting of the device?
I request to take strict action against the company, so that nobody in future get affected by the accidents caused by these mobile phone blasts.
